Job summary

McDonald's is seeking an Area Supervisor to join our fast-paced team overseeing up to four locations. You will lead, coach and direct restaurant teams to improve operations and drive long-term sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, is comfortable on their feet during full shifts, and has extensive McDonald's management experience. Travel to restaurants will be required, and you will uphold our standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to problem solve.
• Hamburger University graduate.
• Friendly and outgoing.
• Comfortable standing for full shifts.
• 5 years McDonald's restaurant management experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and direct teams; develop people and improve restaurant operations across up to four locations.
• Uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness; meet health standards and ROIP targets.
• Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams.
• Conduct GM performance reviews every six months and cascade to managers/crew.
