Job summary

Family Dollar in Arkansas is seeking a District Manager to lead at least 15 store teams across the assigned district. You will drive sales, profitability, and customer service while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include coaching store managers, executing merchandising and expense programs, and building a high-performing district through recruitment and development. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 5 years retail experience with at least 2 years multi-store experience
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to build an effective team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Drive the success and profitability of 15+ stores with strong customer service and safe, compliant operations
• Oversee merchandising, operations, and expense control programs
• Lead, coach, and mentor store managers to meet business objectives
• Foster teamwork and open communication across the district
• Travel up to 50% to support store operations across the district
