Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a District Manager to lead approximately 10–15 store locations, supervising sales teams and providing mentorship. You will recruit, train, and coach Store Managers while coordinating with regional leadership to optimize district performance.

You will drive sales momentum, monitor staffing, and ensure policy adherence across locations. This role requires travel and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience
• 5–7 years in retail sales environment
• 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead 10–15 store locations and supervise sales teams.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Store Managers.
