Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a District Manager to oversee 10–15 Verizon retail locations in the region, lead sales teams, mentor managers, recruit staff, and ensure execution of company policies to maximize profitability.

The role requires 5-7 years in retail, 4 years in leadership, and willingness to travel up to 75%. You will analyze district performance, maintain merchandising standards, and partner with the Regional Sales Director to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in retail sales.
• 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 10–15 store locations and coaching store teams.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Store Managers.
• Drive sales, monitor district staffing levels, and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director on district status.
• Ensure policy adherence and high merchandising standards.
• Visit stores monthly to inspire and motivate employees.
• Analyze district sales results to maximize revenue.
