Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon premium retailer in the United States, invites a District Manager to oversee roughly 10-15 stores with strong leadership of the sales team. You will mentor Store Managers, drive sales momentum, and ensure adherence to Victra policies and high service standards.

In this role you will build effective sales teams, monitor staffing and inventory, and partner with the Regional Sales Director to optimize district performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in retail sales environment.
• 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 10-15 store locations and supervise the sales team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Store Managers across the district.
• Collaborate with Regional Director on district status and needs.
• Ensure policy adherence, merchandising standards, and store appearance.
• Analyze district sales results to drive quotas and profits.
• Manage staffing levels and inventory across district locations.
• Visit stores regularly to inspire and provide performance feedback.
