Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a District Manager to lead 10-15 store locations, mentor the sales teams, and drive district performance. You will recruit, train, and supervise Store Managers while coordinating with regional leadership to align with company policies and sales goals.

The role requires 5–7 years in retail sales, 4 years in a supervisory position, and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in retail sales.
• 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead 10-15 store locations and mentor sales teams.
• Recruit, promote, retain, and manage district staffing.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director on district needs.
• Ensure compliance with Victra policies and procedures.
• Drive sales performance and monitor merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory shrinkage and security.
• Visit stores regularly to train and motivate staff.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities for smooth district operations.
