Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a District Manager to lead approximately 10–15 store locations, supervise sales teams, and provide mentorship and direction. The role focuses on achieving sales quotas, optimizing staffing, and ensuring excellent customer service across the district.

You will work with the Regional Sales Director to align on progress, policy compliance, and merchandising standards while visiting locations regularly and driving district performance.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Four years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• 5–7 years of experience in retail sales environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Lead approximately 10–15 store locations; supervise sales teams; provide mentorship.
• Recruit, promote, retain, and manage district staff; monitor staffing levels.
• Train, coach, and supervise Store Managers.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director on district needs and progress.
• Ensure policy compliance and customer service excellence across locations.
• Analyze district sales trends to drive increases and profitability.
