Job summary

Victra is seeking a District Manager to lead approximately 10–15 Verizon premium retailer store locations. You will supervise sales teams, mentor store leaders, recruit staff, and ensure high standard merchandising and customer service.

Travel up to 75% to visit stores and coordinate with the Regional Sales Director. The role requires 5–7 years in retail sales and 4+ years in leadership, with a high school diploma (college degree preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail sales.
• 4+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead 10–15 store locations and supervise sales teams.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Store Managers.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director on district needs and progress.
