Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon premium retailer in the United States, seeks a District Manager to oversee 10-15 stores and lead a sales team with mentorship and strategic direction. You will drive district sales, recruit and train managers, and collaborate with regional leadership to optimize performance.

Expect to travel up to 75% and manage staffing, merchandising, and operations across a multi-store district while upholding Victra policies and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Retail sales environment.
• 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor District store teams to drive sales and profits.
• Recruit, train, and retain store staff and supervise Store Managers.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to address district needs and opportunities.
• Monitor compliance with Victra policies and ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyze district sales and merchandising to maximize results and maintain store standards.
• Visit stores regularly to inspire and develop teams; audit locations monthly.
