Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Northville, MI, seeks a District Shift Leader to prepare for a General Manager role. You will lead shifts, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and guest service while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The GM development plan includes training in restaurant administration, inventory, and scheduling, with early starts (as early as 3am) and potential promotion within the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead district shifts and support other bakeries in the market.
• Travel within the market to gain experience and learn from other leaders.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to teams and ensure high-quality food and a clean, safe store.
• Learn inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management during the GM development plan.
