Einstein Bros. Bagels in Vestavia Hills, AL is seeking a District Shift Leader to prepare for a General Manager role. You will manage stores, lead teams, and participate in a GM development plan across locations in the market.

You’ll begin by overseeing daily operations at a home location, with early 3am starts, and gain experience in inventory, scheduling, staffing, and P&L awareness as you progress toward a future General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Completion of Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at home location.
• Lead and coach shift teams to ensure quality and service.
• Support other bakery locations in the market as needed.
• Assist in inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
