Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking District Shift Leaders who will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.

You will lead by example, coach teams, and participate in a development plan to become a General Manager when the opportunity arises. You may travel between locations to gain experience, with shifts starting as early as 3am to oversee early bake and store opening duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, act as brand ambassador, and coach/train teams.
