Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking District Shift Leaders who will participate in a targeted General Manager development plan, with promotion potential to a bakery GM when available. You will lead at a home location, support other bakeries, coach teams, and ensure top-quality service and safety.

Shifts start as early as 3am; you will gain experience across locations, handling inventory, vendor orders, and cash management as part of the GM pathway. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams and ensure high-quality food and beverages.
• Learn P&L analysis, food cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting in GM development plan.
