Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader in Fort Lauderdale to participate in a General Manager development plan and support multiple bakeries in the market. You will lead store teams, training, and operations to ensure top quality and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes early starts (as early as 3am), coaching, and progressive responsibility toward GM ownership when opportunities arise within the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred and demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends; shifts start as early as 3am.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure high-quality food and beverages and a clean, safe store environment.
• GM development plan includes training in inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management; later progression to GM roles when available.
