Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Services Manager to lead a strategic partnership between Service Providers and the Home Services organization. The DSM will drive Services sales growth and oversee provider onboarding, performance, and compliance.

This role includes cross-functional collaboration with operations, conducting regular reviews, and forecasting needs. Expect 20–50% overnight travel and strong focus on customer experience and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Knowledge or experience in retail store environment, home improvement industry or general construction industry is preferred.
• Experience in residential remodel project management is preferred.
• Demonstrated project management skills are preferred.
• Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service provider lifecycle from onboarding to termination.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and standards.
• Lead partnership reviews and maintain strong provider relationships.
• Support store teams and manage escalations related to service or compliance.
• Coordinate training, field inspections, and provider events to drive service quality.
