ImageFIRST is seeking a District Service Manager in Florida to oversee multiple routes, manage growth opportunities, and develop a staff of service personnel. You will direct service operations, ensure compliance, and lead efforts to grow recurring revenue within healthcare linen services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent managerial experience, 4+ years of route management, and valid DOT medical certification. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent managerial experience.
• 4+ years of route management experience.
• Clean driving record and strong ethical standards.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License at the time of hire.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and coach service personnel.
• Promote a culture aligned with company goals, values, safety, and empowerment.
• Support route, sales, and administrative personnel.
• Oversee daily execution of service routes and customer interactions.
• Manage route logistics, including routing of accounts and merchandise control.
• Monitor and coach route performance through daily check-ins.
• Ensure compliance with service and quality standards.
• Maintain and grow recurring revenue streams.
• Execute business plans for renewing, expanding, and developing route business.
