Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent managerial experience and 4+ years of route management, a valid driver's license, and DOT medical certification or eligibility. Compensation includes $85,000–$95,000 plus quarterly KPI bonuses and benefit programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of route management experience and leadership ability.
• Clean driving record and strong ethical standards.
• DOT medical certification or eligibility within designated timeframe.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and coach service personnel.
• Promote a culture aligned with company goals, values, safety, and empowerment.
• Support route, sales, and administrative personnel.
• Oversee daily execution of service routes and customer interactions.
• Manage route logistics, including routing of accounts and merchandise control.
• Monitor and coach route performance through daily check-ins.
• Ensure compliance with service and quality standards.
• Maintain and grow recurring revenue streams.
• Identify and implement account improvements with new products and services.
• Ensure training and certification in all compliance areas.
• Manage daily account functions (audits, scrub counts, reconciliations, etc.).
