Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a District Service Manager to lead multiple routes, develop service teams, and grow recurring revenue through proactive account management.

You will oversee daily route execution, training, compliance, and reporting, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence across our healthcare linen services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent managerial experience.
• 4+ years of route management experience.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License.
• Valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• This role occasionally requires covering delivery routes; DOT eligibility and driving ability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop service personnel across multiple routes.
• Oversee daily route execution and customer interactions.
• Coach route performance and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and renew/expand routes and accounts.
• Maintain compliance, audits, and accurate reporting of operations.
