Job summary

Concentric is seeking a District Manager to develop long-term relationships with an assigned group of customers, connecting with executives and stakeholders while leading Technicians at multiple locations. This position reports to the Regional Service Manager and has 2 or more direct reports.

Based in the Philadelphia area, this full-time role requires up to 75% travel to customer sites. You will oversee service delivery, KPI review, and safety compliance, driving growth and customer

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of forklift or automated equipment service/repair.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize work and work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with customers and act as primary contact.
• Hire, train, and manage direct reports with performance reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and KPI reporting to internal teams.
• Forecast and manage assigned customer account metrics and P&L.
• Onboard and integrate new customers, grow existing relationships.
• Ensure OSHA/IIPP safety compliance and training requirements.
• Oversee inventory controls and ordering processes.
