Job summary

Global Water Technology, Inc. seeks a District Manager for the Water & Energy Services division to oversee a defined district of territories and client portfolios. You will translate regional strategy into district plans, drive financial performance, and develop leadership across teams.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong operational discipline, and the ability to align district operations with corporate standards while ensuring safety and service quality across locations.

Qualifications

• 12–20+ years of progressive experience in water treatment, energy services, industrial services, or related field.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-team or multi-territory operations with accountability for performance and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of industrial water treatment systems including boilers, cooling towers, and water safety programs.
• Proven ability to analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvements.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and managing leaders in field-based organizations.
• Track record of improving client retention and service quality in complex environments.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop district-level growth and staffing plans aligned with regional strategy.
• Review district performance data and drive profitability and productivity improvements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain Territory Managers and high-potential leaders.
• Ensure consistent execution of technical standards, service models, and client experience.
• Coordinate with Sales, Inside Sales, Technical Services, and Operations.
• Support regional leadership in integration of acquired teams and client portfolios.
