Job summary

ECMD, Inc. is seeking a District Service Manager to organize and lead the Territory Service Representatives, driving sales growth and ensuring top-tier service across assigned stores.

The role requires extensive travel by company vehicle and air, plus a strong leadership presence to supervise a remote team. You will work with reps and store personnel to maintain supplier-customer relationships, develop action plans, and conduct interviews for openings.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively by car and air.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, coordinates, motivates and monitors Territory Service Representatives.
• Compiles and submits reports to Director of Field Operations.
• Plans actions for sales growth with senior operations staff.
• Travels to customer locations to resolve issues and verify service.
• Participates in interviews for vacant positions using job descriptions as qualifications.
• Performs in-store evaluations and maintains documentation for follow-ups.
