Job summary

Mazda is seeking a District Service Manager to partner with Mazda dealers, drive customer experience improvements, and grow service revenue in the assigned territory. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years’ experience, including leadership roles, with daily travel and a current driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience; 2+ years in a sales-related capacity; leadership role in past positions
• Strong planning, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong business acumen in dealership operations; excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve service and profitability
• Assist in execution of action plans to improve customer experience and dealer profitability
• Provide profitability analyses, reviews, and consultations with dealership management to drive revenue and control costs
• Review reports and customer feedback to identify gaps and propose best practices
• Daily travel to dealer sites to monitor progress and support initiatives
