Capitol Mazda, part of the DGDG group, is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee dealership profitability and manage variable operations. You will coach the sales team, lead showroom activities, and drive customer satisfaction while mentoring staff and optimizing CRM-driven follow-up.

With 2+ years in sales management, you will guide both New and Used vehicle teams, Internet Sales, Finance, and Service Drive sales, aiming to exceed forecasted goals. Commission-based incentives apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Sales Manager experience.
• Strong history of building and training a sales team with solid CSI scores and profits.
• Experience in building showroom and internet traffic, SEO/SEM, direct mail, and other media.

Responsibilities

• Coach sales team on closing techniques through training and participation.
• Lead profitability of the teams.
• Lead showroom activities and maintain product knowledge.
• Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze metrics for improvements.
• Hire and monitor New and Used team, Internet Sales, Finance Managers and Service Drive sales.
