Job summary

AgReliant Genetics is seeking a District Sales Manager to manage sales revenue in Western Nebraska. The successful candidate will execute business plans, develop a strong dealer network, and provide agronomic recommendations. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a background in agricultural sales.

The preferred candidate location is within the territory or within 100 miles of Sidney, North Platte, Ogallala, Scottsbluff, and Imperial. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy, ag business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional agricultural sales experience, preferably in the seed industry.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet company MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a district business plan and territory plans.
• Recruit, develop, and maintain a strong dealer network.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and growers.
• Champion the brand’s positioning and customer experience.
• Utilize CRM and internal systems to manage sales accurately.
• Monitor product performance and address customer inquiries.
