• Recruit, train, and motivate independent Seed Representatives.
• Analyze district territory to boost market share and demand.
• Implement company programs to maximize sales and ROI.
• Share market feedback to guide product performance.
• Represent Wyffels at field days and meetings with effective presentations.
• Collaborate with departments and manage inventory for long-term goals.
