Job summary

Wyffels Hybrids is seeking a full-time District Sales Manager to lead our team in Wayne County and the surrounding agricultural territory in Nebraska. Drive growth by building strong relationships with corn growers and implementing innovative sales strategies.

You will recruit, train, and motivate independent Seed Representatives, craft territory strategies to boost market share, and help maximize sales and ROI in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture or related field.
• 3–5 years of seed sales experience preferred.
• Must live within or near the assigned territory.
• Strong marketing and sales techniques, exceptional communication and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in technology and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with customers in your territory.
• Provide tailored product recommendations on selection, placement, and agronomics.
• Recruit, train, and motivate Seed Representatives.
• Develop strategies to grow market share and drive demand.
• Represent Wyffels at field days, meetings, and presentations.
