You will plan strategies, drive sales, and collaborate across departments to maximize ROI while representing Wyffels at field days and district meetings. Strong agri-marketing and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field required.
• 3–5 years of seed sales experience preferred.
• Strong marketing and sales skills with excellent communication and coaching abilities.
