Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in New Orleans, LA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support District Managers across multiple sites.

You will oversee shifts, supervise account managers and officers, conduct site inspections, ensure post orders are followed, and maintain strong client relationships. Key duties include coaching and training staff, coordinating scheduling and staffing, reviewing payroll and reports, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Competenze

• Associate degree and 2 years of experience in operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Strong understanding of security operations and guarding service delivery, with knowledge of supervisory practices including coaching, performance management, and basic disciplinary processes.
• Proven planning, organizing, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to high-quality service delivery, supported by effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills across diverse cultures and social levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and to regularly use vehicles in the performance of duties (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, as required by company policy).
• Ability to work on-call and respond to emergencies and incidents at all hours, providing reliable support to operations as needed.
