You will lead Account Managers and site leadership teams to drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate embodies servant leadership, develops teams, and builds strong client partnerships while promoting a positive work environment and staff retention.

This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, employee engagement, client satisfaction, compliance, and overall account performance.

The ideal candidate is a servant leader who is passionate about developing teams, building strong client partnerships, and creating a positive work environment that promotes employee retention and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple security operations within an assigned district.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience with direct reports.
• Previous experience within the security industry.
• Demonstrated success leading teams in a multi-site or multi-location environment.
• Strong employee relations, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Active Guard Card.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Experience managing Account Managers, Operations Managers, or Site Leaders.
• Experience overseeing client-facing operations and service delivery.
