Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a District Installation Manager to lead field install operations across a geographic region. You will shape strategy, drive profitability, and align field teams with sales and service to meet DSO and revenue targets.

The role requires a track record in operations leadership within security or related industries, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; HS diploma minimum.
• 5+ years managerial experience (operations and sales) in electronic security or related industry.
• Experience managing a district/regional markets with multiple locations.
• P&L management experience at a district level.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the district install/operations business plan in conjunction with the RVP and the RVP’s team.
• Leads district team and ensure connectivity between sales, installation and service functions.
• Provides coordination between sales, district field and national account central operations to ensure smooth scoping and execution of projects.
• Owns profitability and budget of branches and city markets; ensures targets are met.
• Ensures safety program adherence and drives cost controls and performance improvements.
