Job summary

DSI Security Services seeks a Security Field Supervisor to oversee field operations and coordinate security personnel across multiple sites. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.

You will train and mentor staff, conduct inspections, prepare incident reports, and collaborate with clients to improve procedures, all while maintaining compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Proven experience as a Security Field Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.
• Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
• Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel in the field.
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high-performance standards.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with management and clients to address security concerns and improve procedures.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant data.
• Travel to remote sites and locations.
