Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
• Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and supervisory practices.
• Experience managing personnel, schedules, and security operations.
• Strong computer proficiency, including spreadsheet and business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact to ensure high-quality services and satisfaction.
• Meet regularly with client representatives to review performance and opportunities.
• Support contract negotiations, security planning, and surveys.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain security personnel.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
• Assist in development and administration of account budgets and plans.
• Maintain compliance with policies, client requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, uniforms, equipment inventory, and vehicle management.
• Conduct site inspections to verify post orders and performance.
• Support resolution of operational, legal, financial, HR, and administrative matters.
• Respond to emergencies and client concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
