Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is seeking a School Data Specialist for the Superintendent. The role focuses on data entry, updating and retrieving data from the student information system to generate statistical reports.

You will support staff with the school records management program, including report setup and use of the IEP system. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least four years of progressively responsible support experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four or more years of experience performing progressively responsible support tasks.
• Experience with student information systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter, update, retrieve data and create statistical reports from the student information system.
• Assist and communicate with school staff on the school records management program including report set-up.
• Provide support to staff on the use of programs including the IEP program and student information system.
• Provide confidential assistance such as preparing correspondence, compiling data, filing of confidential documents and disseminating information for the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Director for Student Services.
• Compile release of information reports.
• Process requests for student records.
