Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a District Sales Representative for the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. You will drive sales growth by partnering with independent distributors and retailers, building strong business relationships, and representing the brand in the marketplace.

You will coordinate with wholesale distributors, motivate growth, and manage a defined territory. The role requires travel within the district and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years of post-high school education or equivalent experience.
• Three years of retail management or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster sales growth through collaboration with wholesale distributors and retailers.
• Cultivate relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Act as liaison between McKee Foods, distributors, and retailers.
• Motivate wholesalers to expand sales and recruit distributors.
• Manage and develop a sales territory and ensure daily operations.
