The role emphasizes consultative selling, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, service operations, product sales, and IT. Qualified candidates will have a biological science background, 3+ years in sales management, and strong leadership with a high energy customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological science is preferred;/5+ years related Life Sciences experience.
• Minimum 3 years sales management experience required.
• Proven ability to direct others in a multitask environment.
• Strong customer focus and high energy level.
• Experience with data-based decision making and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and retain high performing sales representatives.
• Ensure training on products, sales processes and systems.
• Drive revenue by managing direct sales activities and opportunities.
• Lead KPI tracking and reporting using CRM/BI.
• Collaborate with sales, service, IT and operations to optimize processes.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
