Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a District Sales Manager for Mason, Lebanon, and Cincinnati areas. You will lead Account Developers, implement marketing plans, and manage safety, quality, and revenue targets while reporting outcomes to leadership.

You will coach a team, develop strategic sales initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize market share through effective program execution and customer relationships.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid in-state Driver’s License; excellent driving history.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop account developers to maximize sales and profitability.
Oversee execution of sales programs and initiatives to grow market share and revenue.
Develop and present sales plans; set district goals aligned with territory objectives.
Create reports to inform upper management on district activities and trends (Red rides, Tableau, Margin Minder, HANA, Webi).
Mentor teammates through coaching and training to achieve company goals.
Promote safety and continuous improvement in line with company values.
