Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Benicia, CA is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead sales priorities, manage budgets and P&L, and drive revenue across assigned markets.

You will develop relationships with retailers, execute promotions, and implement pricing strategies while coaching a team to perform at a high level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years in leadership.
• High School Diploma/GED with 7–9+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• You will develop and maintain relationships with accounts by continuing consistent interactions with retail store level and local chain leaders as well as providing a feedback loop to the sales leadership team on market conditions and competition.
• You will foster a culture of learning by coaching team members with execution of all engagement initiatives to build a strong team.

• Salary: $83,984 - $104,980 plus quarterly incentive
