Position Details
  • Territory: Northeast US (Must reside in Eastern PA, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine)
  • Work Location: Remote
Purpose of Role

This sales leadership position focuses on enhancing the Weir ESCO brand’s market position within the region by building strong customer relationships and effective distribution channels. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing new accounts, and establishing the ESCO brand as a value-added leader through regular on-site visits, customer relationship management, and product knowledge demonstration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face sales with existing and new customers (approx. 80% of work time)
  • Evaluate and develop distribution channels, upgrade current partnerships, and acquire new customers
  • Train dealers, agents, and customers on ESCO products
  • Handle negotiable situations, report facts, and recommend actions
  • Manage accounts and opportunities using Salesforce
  • Commit to safety and develop a safety-first culture
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum three years of sales or market growth experience
  • Strong computer skills, including ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable record
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays
