Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join their team and focus on their Hydraulic Quick Coupling product line. This role will primarily target the automotive, oil and gas, and steel industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the hydraulic or quick coupling markets. Territory: United States & Canada

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Hydraulic Quick Coupling products with a focus on the automotive, oil and gas/energy, and steel sectors
  • Meet company and individual sales goals, increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to develop sales plans for the territory and target accounts
  • Conduct sales calls and product training presentations
  • Manage and convert incoming leads
  • Document sales calls and activities in the CRM
  • Actively add and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years proven outside sales experience in hydraulics or a related field
  • Knowledge of the hydraulic or quick coupling industries preferred
  • Motivated
