We are Systems, LLC, a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This role is within Systems' Sales group. A successful candidate is expected to: (i) Maintain and increase sales volume of dealers and end users according to company plans; develop sales forecasts and account potentials; (ii) Develop strong dealer partners and signature accounts in the assigned territory in line with Sales Leadership. Requires 5+ years of sales experience, experience with virtual teams and collaboration tools, and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and increase sales volume of dealers and end users, develop sales forecasts and account potentials.
  2. Develop strong dealer partners and signature accounts in the assigned territory.
  3. Manage dealer and partner relationships to strengthen solution capabilities and enhance customer value; address inquiries and concerns.
  4. Increase and maintain net sales price and meet P&L targets by managing pricing programs.
  5. Travel to facilities for product evaluations and site surveys; conduct customer presentations.
  6. Manage quotes and order fulfillment, providing accurate product, pricing, and sales information.
  7. Support marketing strategies working directly with the marketing group.
  8. Participate in partnership program implementation and negotiations.
  9. Leverage corporate awareness to influence business decisions.
  10. Represent the Sales team on cross-functional projects.
  11. Participate in trade shows.
  12. Develop and maintain customer-specific construction specifications.
  13. Ensure health and safety compliance across teams.
  14. Protect the company's reputation by maintaining confidentiality.
  15. Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networks.
  16. Contribute to team efforts and participate in projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with virtual teams and collaboration tools
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specifications
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Proficiency with CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, valid driver's license
  • Emerging technology mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with channel management
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience selling SaaS products supporting equipment
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Electrical aptitude

The pay range is $68,900 - $111,200, with potential variation based on factors like location, education, and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO.
