Your Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships and executes sales of Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau products.
- Achieves sales plan for Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau in assigned territory.
- Develops and maintains relationships with all accounts.
- Initiates and schedules orders with regional BSH inside sales.
- Reviews and writes RA's while also following regional BSH policies and procedures.
- Works along with other DSMs and operations to coordinate returned goods for sale in OTC department.
- Responsible for all assigned regional credits (pricing errors, RMA’s, etc.).
- Assists in communicating regional Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau programs and procedures.
- Maintains and develops all product displays including POP and displays cleanliness.
- Gathers and analyzes competitive regional pricing and marketing programs (volume rebates, buy programs, SPAs, spiffs, etc.) and coordinates programming to achieve sales plan.
- Assists in organizing regional trainings and executes consumer demos and showroom activities.
- Manages information flow to RSM on a daily/weekly basis.
- Maintains a database of all accounts with sales performance, display achievements, training schedule, etc.
- Coordinates and develops brand-specific events and maintains product knowledge.
Trade Focused Activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key market influencers.
- Coordinate joint sales calls with dealer’s sales team that focus on the Trade.
- Drive sales through dealer based on relationships with Designers, Architects, Builders, and Remodelers.
- Identify and support key kitchen studios and manage sales where applicable.
- Sell brands to market influencers to become the specification on projects.
- Focus on Single Family Home Builders both independently and with dealer partners.
- Participate and execute national trade activities (NAHB Builder 20, CEU Classes).
- Work with RBSM to identify project leads and prepare presentations.
- Gather and analyze competitive trade programming.
- Participate in local trade association meetings (ASID, AIA, NKBA, NARI, NAHB).
- Host trade meetings in showroom and dealer showrooms.
- Implement market strategies to increase revenue in the builder channel.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree – Preferred
- 7–10 years of experience in sales – Required
- Domestic travel (car, airplane, train, etc.) including overnight and weekends.
- Must be able to drive to visit assigned accounts daily in territory.
- Active driver's license in good standing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Time management skills.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Analytical skills with close attention to details.
- Strong training skills.
- Sales experience in a business‑to‑business setting.
- Experience negotiating (minimum 2 years).
- Proven sales track record.
- Appliance experience preferred.
- Must live in Los Angeles territory and be willing to travel (75%).
Your Pay & Benefits
Pay range: $89,308 – $119,077. Incentive plan: Quarterly Sales Incentive with target % at 67%.
