Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Sales role in Utah, interacting with store management to sell in/execute programs and leading district meetings to hit sales objectives. You will conduct one-on-one meetings and coaching with RSRS to enhance performance and customer service.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of frontline supervision, and Direct Store Delivery experience. A valid driver’s license and DOT certification are required; expect early mornings, evenings, and weekend

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Previous sales/retail experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• DOT certification required and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with store management and sell in/execute sales programs.
• Lead district meetings to plan sales objectives.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with RSRs to discuss performance and skills.
• Coach RSRs to improve selling against opportunities.
• Collect and interpret data using PepsiCo applications.
• Partner with supply team to forecast based on promotions and history.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations as required.
• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
