Job summary

Lilly is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead the Genesis Achieve Team in the Cardiometabolic sector. You will influence the sales team, partner with cross functional teams, and drive business results while upholding compliance and a winning mindset.

The role requires at least two years of commercial experience, leadership ability, and English proficiency. The position is based in León, Guanajuato with ~35% travel, and MBA or related graduate degree is desirable.

Qualifications

At least two years of commercial experience in sales/marketing.
Interest in developing a career in commercial leadership roles, mid-term.
Strong leadership and analytical skills; ability to lead teams during change.
Business level English.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related graduate degree desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the Genesis Achieve Team to deliver superior sales results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, IT, Sales Ops) to drive business results.
Develop an inspiring vision within the sales team to exceed customer expectations.
Maintain compliance and foster a culture of accountability and performance.
Identify opportunities and threats based on market knowledge and customer needs.
