SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a District Manager (Outside Field Sales) to lead a field team across Indiana and Northwest Michigan. You will coach consultants, drive district growth, and align with brand and education partners to execute Omni initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and field presence—spending significant time in the district to achieve sales objectives and profitability.

Qualifications

• Outside Field Sales experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA with focus on business or marketing preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant sales and 2+ years of people management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of field salon consultants to drive district growth.
• Build partnerships with brand, education leaders, and store partners to create Omni-focused opportunities.
• Manage field sales activities, budgets, and promotional funds to meet district goals.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions with team members.
