Job summary

SalonCentric, a wholly owned subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Retail District Manager to drive sales and lead a team of Store Managers across the Dallas East district.

You will recruit, coach and develop staff, analyze trends, execute pricing and merchandising strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service and operations in all stores. This role requires 5–7 years of retail leadership and 60–80% travel.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of retail management experience.
• Experience managing multiple freestanding store locations.
• Strong merchandising and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel 60-80%.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and achieve district business objectives.
• Attract, hire, develop and motivate Store Managers and Associates.
• Coach and train staff to uphold selling and customer service standards.
• Monitor district trends and implement sales plans.
• Ensure pricing, merchandising and marketing strategies are executed across stores.
• Communicate trends to Regional management.
