Job summary

SalonCentric, a wholly owned subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a Retail District Manager to lead a multi-store team across the Dallas area. You will maximize sales, coach Store Managers, manage operations, merchandising and customer service to achieve district goals.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of retail management experience with multiple freestanding stores.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and develop Store Managers and staff.
• Strong merchandising, customer service and operations skills.
• Ability to travel 60–80% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze district performance to maximize sales and KPI results.
• Coach Store Managers to uphold selling, service and visuals standards.
• Recruit, hire and develop a high-performing district team.
• Ensure pricing, merchandising and marketing strategies are consistently executed.
