Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-development skills.
• Experience managing multiple locations, teams, or a high-volume salon/retail business.
• Ability and willingness to perform salon services behind the chair.
• Ability to develop and maintain a personal clientele while managing district responsibilities.
• Strong consultation, rebooking, client-retention, and retail-sales skills.
• Proven ability to increase sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and employee-retention skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple salon locations.
• Perform professional salon services behind the chair.
• Actively build, grow, and maintain your own clientele.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and retain Salon Leaders and Hair Stylists.
• Develop strong, high-performing teams focused on delivering results.
• Drive service sales, retail product sales, client retention, rebooking, and salon profitability.
• Monitor inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
• Build relationships with internal partners and location management.
