Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a district sales leader to manage a customer base, sales resources, products and channels to achieve planned results. You will lead a sales team consisting of professionals, reps and the distributor channel, driving growth in sales and market share while developing talent within the district.

The role requires strong communication, strategic planning and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum seven (7) years electrical industry sales/marketing and/or engineering experience.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Menomonee Falls, WI preferred.
Active-Duty Military Service members exempt from geographic limitation.
Preferred: 10+ years electrical industry sales experience.

Responsibilities

Manage key customers with the assigned markets, sales resources, products and channels.
Provide leadership and development to a sales team of professionals, reps and distributors.
Lead growth in sales and market share, and manage price obtainment in the markets.
Create account strategies, monthly performance reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
Talent acquisition and development within the area.
