Job summary

Eaton is seeking a District Support Representative in Memphis to oversee daily district operations, including field service manpower, engineering and sales support. You will help manage schedules, budgets, and proposals while coordinating with the District Manager to forecast finances and drive the annual profit plan.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, plus deep knowledge of electrical distribution and EESS.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or higher with 5+ years field service experience or 9+ years if trade school.
Valid driver’s license required.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
No relocation offered; candidates within 50 miles considered.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day district office operations including manpower, engineering and sales support.
Assist in managing job schedules, backlog, plans, budgets and cost estimates.
Develop short-term financial forecasts and annual profit plan.
Provide technical support for Field Service Representatives and Coordinators.
Prepare timely reports on service work, product performance and warranty liabilities.
Maintain service equipment and inventory to respond to standard calls.
