Mirka USA Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee Chicago-area sales in the Consumer & Trade segment. You will manage distributors and end-users, drive growth, plan displays, and deliver product training.

The role requires 5+ years in abrasives or related sales, strong presentation skills, and a proven track record in field sales. Expect travel and collaboration with account managers for strategic growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years of sales experience in abrasives or related industries such as paint or surface finishing.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Technical aptitude with problem solving skills.
• Detailed knowledge of industry applications, processes, and technologies.
• Goal oriented with focus on achieving targets and sales goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other reporting platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation/demonstration skills for varied audiences.

Mansioni

• Direct, manage and coordinate sales functions with distribution and end-users within an assigned territory.
• Planogram and display management.
• Provide product demonstration and training.
• Identify opportunities for new applications and end-users.
• Implement distributor and growth end-user programs.
• Lead promotional and product launch presentations and activities.
• Collaborate with Business Area Manager and Key Account Managers on short- and long-term strategies.
